Perfecttex
As a sculptural artist one of my challenges is 'catching' light. As you know without light nothing will be possible to be seen. In my context, no texture of any material will be visible. Really everything on earth is provided with texture. Materials like wood, stone, and textiles do have textures anyone can imagen, but other materials like steel, iron, glass, the very tough and solid ones do have textures as well. Hardly any material in the world is tough enough to remain in its original state, influenced by mankind, by weathery circomstances, all materials do deteriorate.

Abstract landscapes, 5x5cm miniature paintings. In the Eighties black & white ink drawings the first surface distributions. They are studies of the later made paper reliëfs and paper cuttings. In the Nineties mixed media with the title “Mysterious Traces” actually travel memories caught in a form of vertical panel paintings. Used materials; metal, glass, cotton, copper, ‘objects trouvee’ and painted panels and paper.
